I have done many different types of cleans with various companies and have decided to go into business on my own, so you can get the same service, by the same person, for much less! My experience has been with mainly residential cleans but I have also done move in and move out cleans, construction cleans, condo and apartment cleans, even a few hoarder cleans! Basic cleans include dusting, cleaning all surface areas-countertops, outsides of appliances, shining stainless steel and faucets, polishing wood furniture, scrubbing showers and baths, cleaning vanity and inside and around toilet, mirrors, spot checking windows, cleaning off finger marks, inside the microwave, scouring the sink, wiping down window sills, changing trashes, vacuuming carpet, mopping, general straitening up and more! Deep cleans include all of the basic clean and inside all appliances, window tracks, light fixtures, outsides of cupboards, insides by request, and anything else the client needs! I am not only very detailed but am also very effecient, most houses can be completed anywhere from three to five hours and the average cost is under $100.00.
